Training and Wellbeing Support Provided By Get Skilled Training
Students whilst enrolling with our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will have the opportunity to indicate if they require support associated with training and assessment. Furthermore, students can indicate if they require wellbeing support should they require it.
Any requests for support will be treated confidentially. Where the RTO does not have the resources or skills to provide a specific support service, the student will be provided with information on where they can access support.
The RTO will provide reasonable adjustments where it is required, providing the associated unit of competency has provision for this to occur.

Get Skilled Training is committed to ensuring our learning environments are culturally safe and inclusive for all students. A culturally safe and inclusive learning environment means students will not be subjected to any form of racism, discrimination or any form of harassment whilst enrolled with our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as being the traditional custodians of country and recognises their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community.
We pay our respects to Elders past and present at all locations across Australia wherever our RTO undertakes training and assessment activities.
